This super sharp knife blade blank is constructed from 440C high carbon stainless steel, which increases its durability and prolongs the life of the knife, while improving its stain resistance. The added versatility of the sharpened fork ends allows you to pick up your favorite cheese or meat while keeping your fingers clean. In addition, the open cavities of the blade help prevent foods from sticking. Blade length is 4-3/4", with an overall length of 9-1/4". Handle material sold separately.
