Mora Laminated Knife Blade 106 - 7.75" (197mm) length

Every piece of stabilized wood timber we produce is one of a kind.
The image shown is of the actual product.

our Morakniv 106 Wood Carving knife is made in Sweden from Laminated Steel – layers of high carbon steel where the core is hardened to 59-60 HRC surrounded by a softer alloyed steel layer. This steel is hot rolled which results in a strong material but one that has a rougher surface finish. You may see a natural roughness and some variation in color of the blade surface. This is a natural occurrence and does not in any way affect its performance. Please know that your Morakniv will stay sharp and last a lifetime.

Morakniv is a company with a rich history of great craftsmanship with traditional knife making techniques. Whether they are producing a hunting knife or a kitchen knife, the same detailed work goes into every piece. This blade blank has a 3.25" cutting edge and is made from laminated steel. The core of laminated steel is a high carbon surrounded by a softer alloyed steel layer. A high hardness can be achieved through hardening, resulting in a knife blade with superior toughness, cutting edge retention and thereby maximum sharpness and longevity.
