Policies

All product is  shipped by Canada Post or UPS for your convenience. We reserve the right to ship by any carrier at our discretion. If you require a specific carrier, please note it in the "comments" section at the end of your order.

Note: Please supply a street address for your deliveries if you are requesting UPS shipping.

UPS cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes. A minimum of $8.00 shipping fee is charged for any shipment. Prices are for standard ground deliveries within the Canada the continental U.S. excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Call or email us for shipping charges to other destinations.


Shipping Options

Domestic Shipping

Domestic Shipping charges are computed based on our minimum shipping charges and per-package shipping on selective items. Ground and Air shipping options are available. We reserve the ability to ship the "best way" for any shipment ie. - by UPS or USPS. If you want your order shipped by a particular carrier, please identify it as such in the order comments.

Ground Shipping

The Ground shipping selection applies the higher of our minimum ground shipping charge of $8.00 or the combined shipping charge for all items included in your order. The minimum charge of $8.00 will be applied for any order unless FREE shipping is specified.

 We will make every effort to ship parts and accessories within 1-3 business days of your order


International Shipping

Certain products such as waxes, finishes, machinery, etc., may only be shipped ground UPS, which makes it impossible for us to ship outside Canada. We reserve the right to ship or not to ship certain products to Provincial or International destinations. 

Please note our policies regarding products sold to international customers:
The Stabilized Wood warranty for products sold outside Canada is the same as for products sold in Canada, with the following exceptions:

1) All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer including, but not limited to: freight costs for the original product, warranty repairs, service, exchanges, product returns, and spare parts.

3) The buyer is responsible for clearing customs, brokerage fees, duty, taxes, and other applicable import expenses.

4) Since back orders would be shipped at customers expense, we will cancel any back orders and the customer should re-order the item(s) on their next PO.

5) All payments must be paid in Canadian dollars via wire transfer, credit card, certified check or PayPal (PayPal available online only).
